Metflix and Chill respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 2. How to File a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
• Your contact information and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate and to maintain a record of repeat infringers whose accounts have been terminated.
